How Should I Start Meditating?
If you are ready to star meditating, the first question you are going to have is how do I start? The best way to start is with the basics. There are many methods of meditation and each have their own techniques, however the most common way is to just sit quietly and try to quiet your mind.
If you don’t have any place in your home where you can sit quietly and undisturbed, today is the time to create a space. Maybe you can sit quietly in your garage or perhaps the bathroom, it will also be nice if you could meditate outside.
Your job will be to find a good place to sit quietly and not be disturbed by your television, cellphone or even your pets. It will also be beneficial to go to a place where you will not be tempted to pick up alternative activities for example that room with the computer.
You can sit anywhere you want, you can choose a comfy cushion, bed or even a chair as long as you are comfortable. After you have found a place to sit, next you will start to focus your attention, if you have your eyes open you can pick a candle to focus on or a photograph.
For many teachers of meditation focusing on their breath is the most common practice, it is the easiest way to focus because you do it all the time you just need to become aware of it and you can do it anywhere. When meditating remember to just breath normally, you don’t have to breath in a certain way or rhythm.

Stop Depression Now
Why am I suffering with depression?
To cure depression you have to know what it is first. Many many people suffer worldwide with depression and it can be cured, one thing to remember is depression is caused by many different things and its not your fault. You are not any less of a person just because you are depressed and if you are the type of person who bottles things up, id advise you to open up and talk to someone you trust! Like any other serious illness depression needs to be treated for it to go away, it will not get better on its own and the longer it goes untreated the worse its going to get. Then take it day by day as you cure your depression and start feeling like yourself again. I can honestly tell you that any one can suffer depression and often most people will suffer from it at some stage of their life, young or old man and woman it does not matter.

Signs of OCD
When you think you have signs of ocd, step back and take a look at your actions and thoughts. Now everybody has a little bit of “ocd” in them, but when it starts to effect your daily life, that’s when you might want to get help.
Making sure your house is clean and in order, or your car always has to be clean is not OCD. If you spend all your free time on cleaning and not paying attention to everyday life then I would say you might have to look into some sort of treatment.
I use to wash my hands 150 to 200 times per day and each washing took me exactly 3 mins. I wasted so much time on washing my hand because I thought they were not clean that I was late for work and my girlfriend decided to leave. This is when I hit rock bottom and decided to go see a doctor about this.
OCD takes on many forms in different people. There is so many different obsessions and complusions that run through ones mind. For years I could not even say the word “AIDS” without thinking of catching it. This is not normal thinking but I learned that this is all part of the disorder.
I now can see all the true signs of OCD and the actions people will take to make the situation “right”. I found a funny ocd site which has great information about signs and treatments of ocd. There are some great stories on there to.

Me Get Him Back
I will tell you something about a lady who told me about how she went through after break up, here it goes, I miss him but I kicked him to the curb for a good reason, and really hate his guts for a week. What Do I Do About An Ex
I met this lady who explained to me about how she went through during break up, here it goes, I miss my ex but I kicked him to the curb because I really hate his ego for three weeks. I was then over it of his behavior and decided to advanced with my life. He did moved on too. But secretly he missed me, and wanted me to return to him. OCD Intrusive Thoughts
Having ocd intrusive thoughts is a common problem people who suffer from this disorder always talk about. Why are these thoughts always jumping into my head? How can I make these stop? If I didn’t think these thoughts, I would be fine and anxiety free.
Suffering from OCD myself for over 25 years, this can be annoying and if not draining. The mind keeps thinking od these thoughts and you worry or panic that you might act on them. The good news is that you know these are intrusive thoughts and you won’t act on them. This is what is making you anxious.
One way I learned to control my intrusive thought process was exposure therapy. This has worked really well for me and has reduced my sypmtoms by 90%. The exposure therapy is to keep you exposed to the fear, in this case the thought, or the action you might take. Start to think about this any free time you have. Write the thought down, read it and keep thinking about it until it does not bother you. The saying beating it to death, is what you want to accomplish here. After awhile you will get so sick and tired of thinking of this, you will soon forget. The down side is you might start to worry about something else. That’s OK, repeat the same steps for all obsessions.
